Abstract :
We present a document imaging system using page sized amorphous silicon 2-dimensional sensor arrays. We will discuss the details of the array fabrication, drive electronics, imaging properties, and applications of such devices. Examples of scanned images, including page-sized grey scale images at 200 spot-per-inch, color images and an X-ray image, are presented
