Abstract :
We verified the variance of Wnt signaling pathway among different subtypes of breast cancer. Gene expression profile data of breast cancer (series number GSE19536) were obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database of National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). Breast cancer samples were served as study materials. Gene expression data of Wnt signaling pathways were analyzed by variance analysis. We found 31 genes in Wnt-signaling pathway with significant differences among the applied methods. The results confirm that Wnt signaling pathway express distinctly in different subtypes of breast cancer.
