Abstract
The data in international business management exhibit salient features of massiveness and heterogeneity. Users often have the requests for range query, which further introduces the complexity and increase the costs of system execution. In order to address this problem, we propose an R-tree based scheme, which can efficiently meet the needs of carrying out range query. The basic idea is to build a multidimensional index that maintains the metadata of stored business data. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that the proposed structure and scheme can satisfy the requirements of range query in an efficient manner.
