Abstract :
With increase of school-running level for adult higher education, expansion of school-running scale, complexity of learning object as well as the adjustment and change of correspondence station, the management difficulty for student is increased further, especially on the aspect of information communication and transmission, the traditional management mode can´t realize the development requirement for new situation. In order to further standardize the management and improve the educating quality, on the basis of preliminarily summarizing the practical application for modern information technology and closely grasping the development tendency for continuing education, the remote management information platform based on the modern network information technology and the conception on service for teaching and student´s education and management.
