Abstract
In the management of IT service, which needs knowledge-personnel to work on, human is a kind of scarce resource, which must be effectively allocated. And because IT service is knowledge-intensive, IT service sectors and/or companies need an excellent internal mechanism to self-optimize, and dynamically evolve along with the changes of circumstances. This paper proposes a novel grid-based project management organization structure to allocate human resource effectively, and illustrates its co-evolutionary mechanism from the perspective of ecology.
