Abstract :
The competition in mobile communication industry is becoming more and more fierce, how to improve customer value is a very important issue for mobile communication operators. This paper analyses the problems that operators have, and then proposes two solutions to enhance the customer value, one way is to enlarge customer scale and another way is to enhance ARPU (average revenue per user) value. By doing all of these, China mobile operators could get good customer satisfaction and customer faithfulness, which did great contributions to their continuous competitive predominance.
