Abstract :
The retail stores location decision is vital for the retail management. Competitive facility location models seek the best location(s) for one or more new competing facilities that maximize the market share captured by the facilities. This paper studies a new competitive location problem with retail regional saturation. This article first analyze the effective factors: rule of gravitation and retail regional saturation, then formulate the retail stores´ competitive location model with retail regional saturation. The max-min ant algorithm to solve this model is developed and computational experiment is described.
