Abstract :
With the development of intelligent technology and the wild application of internet, e-business and e-marketing have been penetrated into the daily lives of social people, especially into the group of cyber citizen. It is an obvious truism that customers´ emotional features play definitive roles on their consuming behaviors. This paper made a study on the special group, cybershoppers´ emotional features through analyzing the designing of their e-mail names. Then the emotion features expressing by the various, distinguished and unique e-mail names were classified into the following types as expressing of personal identity and consciousness, parent-child relationship and family loving, native or residence place presenting, personal blessing or anticipation of life, individuality and amusement and so on. This study could provide certain reference to discuss the requirements and shopping tendency of the e-shoppers, so that the enterprises could make their decision and e-project to cater heir e-customers.
