    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

    The article finds that whether the economic man hypothesis, social man hypothesis, self-fulfillment man hypothesis or complex-man hypothesis shows only a certain or some specific assumption through comparative analysis of the commonness of traditional human nature hypothesis. They don´t give the answer of what is “the ultimate goal of people”. Actually, these specific assumptions are just means and ways that affect people obtain happiness feelings. On this basis, the authors put forward happy-man hypothesis concept. “Happy-man hypothesis searches the nature of human from the new perspective, and it claims the fundamental goal and ultimate meaning that people pursue is happiness maximum. Some pursuits and possession of human beings are only the conditions that they obtain happiness. Happy-man hypothesis is overturning the traditional management theory, also, the traditional understanding of us to management goal and life significance. This article is based on the angle of government decision, enterprise management and personal life, it discusses how to maximize happiness feelings of the whole society, employees and the individuals, and it can also help decision-makers to grasp human-nature more correctly in order to realize humanistic management.
