Abstract :
Large equipment purchases will be determined from the four aspects of the evaluation system hierarchy based on LCC perspective by the composition of the fully considering the full life-cycle cost analysis and synthesis The system contains a variety of evaluation factors and is divided into different levels of the target layer (A) criteria layer (B), the index layer (P). This model has a certain theoretical and practical significance for equipment procurement in China enterprises which participate in practical activities of the purchasing decisions in the current equipment procurement environment.
