  • Abstract
    Traffic is at risk all the time due to its complexity and uncertainty. Hence, it has becoming vital that how to improve the security of traffic industry. This paper introduces the characteristics of traffic risk coupling and presents a traffic emergence management system based on risk coupling. It proposes the architecture model, frame design and elaborates the system function module design based demand analysis, which provides a new approach to assess the traffic security.
