Abstract :
Site selection of Construction Waste Comprehensive Processing Center is a complex problem in resources recycling use, which is also an important issue in urban planning. Through the analysis of the concepts and influencing factors, this paper aims to set up a model of searching the optimal point and explore a feasible method to solve the model. In order to achieve the goal, this paper abstracts the site selection issue as an optimization problem and establishes a mathematical model based on the utility and construction cost. Furthermore, the paper proposes the particle swarm optimization as a suitable method to solve the mathematical model of the site selection, which can select the optimal location point correctly.
