Abstract :
The author describes the curriculum for clinical engineers at the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE). The design criteria and the primary objectives of the biomedical engineering program are discussed. Since MSOE has neither a life science department nor a medical school, affiliate agreements have been made with local schools, and arrangements for clinical internships have been made with five local hospitals
