Abstract :
We measured the vibration amplitude distribution of the SMD type AT-cut quartz resonator by laser speckle interferometry. The momentary amplitude distribution in vibrating is obtained by using the pulsed laser method. We obtained the several momentary amplitude distributions changing the pulse timing of the laser, and displayed the animation of the amplitude distribution.
