Abstract
It is important to develop effective team skills in undergraduate students. Indeed, a fundamental role of undergraduate engineering curricula is to improve these skills in students. A survey to evaluate a student´s team skills has been reported by others, but it has not been used to assess the improvement of such skills. This paper presents such an approach and provides details on the use of a formal learning style inventory to enhance the improvement
