Assessing improvement in students´ team skills and using a learning style inventory to increase it

It is important to develop effective team skills in undergraduate students. Indeed, a fundamental role of undergraduate engineering curricula is to improve these skills in students. A survey to evaluate a student´s team skills has been reported by others, but it has not been used to assess the improvement of such skills.
