Abstract :
In this paper, dielectric-metal, dielectric semiconductor and dielectric - metal - semiconductor microwave absorbing ceramics were fabricated. The mechanism of microwave loss in complex microwave absorbing ceramics was studied through analyzing high-frequency dielectric properties.
