By adopting methods of documentation, questionnaires and statistics, this investigation is intended to study and analyze the status quo of college student´s after-school sports activities, finds out what problems existing that prevent students from further engaging in after-school sports activities, and what differences lie between female and male´s attitude towards sports, and propose suggestions for improving students sports participation rate and therefore improving their physical conditions.
