Abstract :
This paper presents the simulation results of a compact TM01-TE11 mode convertor and combiner. The combining efficiency and maximum electric field for different relative phases between the two input ports are given. Also, the high isolation degree when only one port is fed is demonstrated. The results show that the mode convertor and combiner at 9.3 GHz possess several gigawatts power capacity and combination efficiency up to 95%.
