Abstract :
Introducing entropy theory and dissipative structure into competency model, this paper build the Personal Competency Dissipative Structure Model (PCDSM), and discuss the rationality and advantage of the model. And then, this paper combines the professional characteristics of the railcar driver with PCDSM, and builds the management and evaluation system of railcar driver. Also, this paper put forward some reasonable proposals, and makes a contribution to the rationalization of management and evaluation of railcar driver.
