Abstract :
Modern power system is in a high-speed development stage, and there are more and more requirements for dynamic and static stability of power system. The traditional PID controller has been difficult to meet the requirements of modern power system. This paper is to research a kind of parameters adaptive controller method that combines fuzzy inference with PID, analysis the mathematical model of excitation system of synchronous generator and the inference method of the fuzzy PID excitation controller, simulate the traditional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller with simulink. The research shows that the adaptive fuzzy PID adaptive controller has better control performance and stronger robustness.
