The purpose of this paper is to enhance the application level of Hakka culture in tourism industry. We employed the comparison analytical method between theory and fact and case study method, and took Cuiwei Mountain of Ningdu city, Jiangxi province as study object. First, we analyzed the forming process of Hakka culture and its characteristics. Then, based on the study of Cuiwei mountain Hakka culture value, we post applying Hakka culture in tourism development can make some latent tourism resource be used, enhance attraction of tourism resource, and enlarge scope of tourism market. Last, we proposed two issues we should focus, one is to use the core value of Hakka traditional culture and inosculate modern element, and the other is to solve culture conflict and culture harmony distinctively.
