Abstract :
With the development of video coding and wireless transformation technology, VOD service based on wireless system is accepted by more and more users. We can watch what we want without any limitation of space. Because of time variability and lack of resource, how to guarantee user QoS is crucial in this transform circumstance. In the paper, an automatic cross-layer scheduling algorithm was proposed. By choosing proper scheduling user and video coding pattern, the multi-aim optimization among user QoS, system throughput and system fairness is implemented. Within this process, we adopted an algorithm based on fuzzy iteration and it was proved effective.
