Design of algorithm for assignment of MSE theses evaluation

In order to meet the need of advanced engineering technologic talents for economic development, masters of software engineering (MSE) draw more and more attention of the society and schools. The evaluation of theses is very important in the process of education of the MSE students. Then how to assign theses evaluation has become an important applied topic. This paper gives an algorithmic description to settle the program. It is shown that this program can improve the efficiency in practice and has considerable application value.
