  • Abstract
    This paper presents the design and development of a body sensor network for posturometric studies comprising a wireless precision balance and a number of other wireless sensing devices such as accelerometers and surface electromyography (sEMG) probes. The data measured by this body sensor network is synchronically sent to a laptop or an smartphone (iPhone) using Bluetooth 4.0 transceivers in order to measure and study the postural alterations of the human body.
