Abstract
This paper presents an application of a neural network to the prediction of maximum power drawn from PV modules. The output power from the modules depends on the environmental factors such as insolation, cell temperature, and so on, therefore, accurate estimation of maximum power and continuous control are required to achieve maximum output efficiency. The proposed neural network has a simple structure resulting in highly accurate prediction of maximum power from the PV modules
