Abstract :
The obtained results confirms that thin wires can be used as sensors for laser beam diagnostics at pressure from 1 bar up to 20-50 mbar without additional corrections. After that correction of the temperature dependence has to be done taking into account calculated or measured temperature distribution. With such the correction thin wire grids may be used for beam diagnostics even in high vacuum.
