Abstract :
We develop a novel apodized, 16-level-phase-shifted SSFBG encoder/decoder, which can improve the system performance of OCDMA system. Error free (BER < 10-9) transmissions of 8 times 8 full-duplex, asynchronous, 10 Gbps, DPSK-OCDMA system over 50 km are successfully demonstrated.
