Abstract :
In order to increase the automatic verification line equipment utilization, save covers an area of and capital costs. This paper introduce the design watt-hour meter, terminals, concentrators, corresponding tray, to realize the three-phase watt-hour meter automatic verification of assembly line, designed change the automatic verification line, centralized terminal device automatic verification line as one integrated, sharing verification assembly line of main component, as above machine, mechanical transmission belt conveyor, filling machine, image recognition seal device, labeling machines, power source and standard components such as table scheme. Integration automatic detection line could be according to the national metrological verification procedures and national power grid watt-hour meter, the code of the company checks on request can terminal, and the test and function testing.
