  • Abstract
For active remote sounding systems (ARSS) the calculation of power budget reserve (PBR) for loss compensation, conditioned by the atmosphere absorption, as a rule, is executed for boundary working conditions. When working at the concrete area, the value of PBR can be of redundant. For the territory of Ukraine 98 percent of long depletion quantile for modern ARSS have been obtained on the basis of the weather statistical data.
