Abstract
The research considers radioholographic object parameters estimation accuracy by means of minimum-phase methods. Its dependence on the input signal-to-noise ratio, sample size and estimated parameters´ true value is obtained and analyzed. An approach based on Chernoff bound utilization is applied to the problem of minimum-phase method accuracy estimation, by reducing it into a hypothesis testing problem.
