Abstract :
The results of the electrodynamic characteristics study of the slow-wave structure "comb-quad" when you change its basic size and shape are presented. The optimization of the cavity shape allowed increasing the coupling impedance of the working harmonics and finding the desired slope of the dispersion characteristics, providing suppression of self-excitation in the short boundary.
