Abstract
The piezoelectric crystal disk with barrel shell resonator consists of the metal barrel shell and piezoelectric ceramic disk. A ceramic disk plasters at the bottom of the metal shell. The vibration frequency of the resonator is deduced by Rayleigh-Ritz energy equation and elastic boundary conditions. The influence of the resonator structure on the resonant frequency is analyzed. The result shows that the resonant frequency increases with the increase of the thickness ratio (a) and radius ratio (μ).
