Abstract :
In order to meet the positioning accuracy and the image measurement system´s subpixel accuracy, the image measurement system´s automatic calibration based on microdisplacement technology is successfully used of industrial practice .Through the CCD to obtain images, then through the PC to carry on processing to the image and control the drive power; power supplies voltage to cause the microdisplacement ceramics to become deformed so that obtain the precise microdisplacement, in order to achieve the purpose of measurement accuracy. Precision piezoelectric ceramic microdisplacement has high accuracy, good dynamic response, low cost, and can reduce human error, but also online self-evaluate.
