Abstract

Supplier problem is a hotspot in the field of supply chain management. This paper makes hypotheses on suppliers´ delivery and the course of customers´ ordering with the mode of e-business trade. Based on the existing (S, Q) model, this paper proposes the purchase expense model with a sole supplier under the situation of e-business, and analyzes the solving scheme in detail. This paper has not only established (t, S) model based on stochastic lead-time, but also provided a foundation for further research on supply chain cost problem based on mass customization
