Abstract
We developed a graphene/TiO2 composite based biosensor using a simple and low cost fabrication method, which combines nano self-assembling and shrinking techniques. Wettability, electrical and mechanical properties of this graphene/TO2 composite could be tuned by adjusting TiO2 nanoparticles doping level and heat shrinking process. Biosensors with eight times higher sensitivity could be achieved using this new graphene/TiO2 composite comparing to conventional graphene based biosensors.
