Abstract
The radar cross-section (RCS) of military platforms is a topic that is becoming increasingly important. The prediction of the RCS of an array of dipoles by the method of moments is discussed. The analysis is then extended to investigate the effect on the array RCS of an RF power divider. Power dividers with both isolated and non-isolated (or reactive) junctions are considered. The RCS of arrays containing active devices such as phase shifters and transmit/receive modules are then considered. A brief discussion is included of methods of reducing the RCS of a phased array antenna
