  • Abstract
    Fuzzy control technology and conventional PID (Piping and Instrument Diagram) control are combined. Sewage treatment control system is designed for a certain chemical industry. PID parameter is normalized. Fuzzy adaptive control algorithm is designed to the single treated parameter. It solves the problem of determinate complexity and calculated amount bigness about P, I, D the three parameters in fuzzy control. Combination with on-site technological conditions and the experience of expert fuzzy rules of adapted technological conditions are instituted. The system has good dynamic performance, high steady precision, strong anti-interference performance and good robustness features. it improves the efficiency of sewage treatment and debases the cost of sewage treatment.
