Abstract
Here it is offered object-oriented model-building technique of complex system on basis of systems type classes´ expert knowledge. This model is considered as the hierarchy of interacting with each other functional subsystems, which describe complex system on different levels of abstraction. Object descriptions are created to reflect several system components´ characteristics (subsystems, elements, relations). Decision-making on a single component level of complex system comes to optimum alternative choice or to exemplar that has the best combination of attribute values. Different methods are used for optimizing. Management procedures are used for coordination of components´ local variants with each other and with variants that are selected at upper hierarchy levels.
