Abstract
In this paper, we have conducted in-depth survey and comparative study of various RFID systems based on microcontroller, computer interfacing and FPGA. We have analyasied block level, design and working of RFID systems that include tag, reader and associated hardware for various applications. We conducted a comparative study of microcontroller (8051) based RFID system as experiment 1 with FPGA based RFID system as experiment. We survived ass possible power optimization techniques for RFID application and we have performed power analysis for RFID systems with microcontroller and FPGA and imply experiment results.
