This paper describes how to find the target customers of fixed-mobile convergence accurately and efficiently, thereby get the convergence customers with the lowest cost and the highest success rate, and speed up the pace of fixed-mobile convergence. This paper researches from the main communication space of the fixed users, places the mobile users according to the association coefficient in the main communication space of fixed users, thereby determines main contact objects of fixed users and which service provider they belong to. Then it will analysis value-risk or value-viscosity respectively and contrapuntally, which bases on the character of mobile service provider, thereby locates fixed-mobile convergence target customer group accurately. Under the premise of keeping the ARPU of customers, fixed-mobile convergence business is developed by this method.
