Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce a set of software tools (1.) to simulate the dynamical evolution of the Brillouin precursors in homogeneous, linear, lossy, and dispersive dielectrics, and (2.) to validate this tool using existing reported results. This set of tools would then be used to design experiments to observe and characterize these precursors.
