The article consists of a Powerpoint presentation on design rationale analysis and design space analysis. A representation intended to help reconstruct the context of design activity, specifically to illuminate why it is the way it is. A way to help reconstruct the reasoning behind a decision. Artifacts offer few clues to contextual factors that led to their design. It also discusses the issue-based information system
