  • Abstract
    Supply chain management is the high stage of the development of the logistics management, and the site selection of logistics center has a great impact on the logistics supply chain management. The quality of the site selection will have a direct impact on the whole range of logistics system and cost of services. After introduced the existed research methods of site selection of the logistics center and overviewed the genetic algorithms, we designed the research assumption of the site of logistics center which is the abstraction of the reality supply chain system. Through this assumption we get the site selection model based on the optimal system of production, distribution center, vendors and so on, and calculate the model with Matlab. Finally, we find the inadequacy of the existed model and propose the future improving research directions.
