Abstract :
Accuracy measurement of the propellant filling quantity is important for the success of rocket filling and launch. The existed filling systems adopt the measuring model of volume-liquid level, and it has some insufficient, such as the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter is not high and the filling process is complex. The measuring model of rocket filling based on weight measurement is proposed in this paper. Meanwhile, it designs and realizes the proposed model, analyses the filling accuracy of the proposed model, and compares the filling accuracy with the existed model of volume-liquid level. From the experimental results and analysis, we can know that the proposed model can improve the filling accuracy, predigest equipment of the filling system and the power system, optimize the filling process, and enhance the security and reliability of the propellant filling system.
