Abstract :
In this paper a design of medium power (up to 35.5 dBm saturated power) C-band amplifiers is presented. Devices are based on low cost GaAs-InGaP power amplifier MMIC. Different couplers and power divider circuits are used to achieve a balanced amplifier with a microstrip line structure.
