Abstract :
The chaos signal has three characters that aperiodicity, sensitivity to initial conditions and boundedness, which obtained fruitful results both in secure communication and radar territory. The idea that applying continuous chaos signal to aerospace telemetry, tracking and command is proposed, moreover, the theoretical scheme is established and the merits of the proposed methods are pointed out. Driven by the transmitted signal, the receiving terminal is automatically synchronized with the transmitting terminal, omitting the phase searching and acquiring progress which existes in the pseudo-random code ranging.Aperiodicity of chaos signal eliminates the ambiguity appeared in pseudo code ranging. Meanwhile, the data transmission can be combined with ranging process. The analysis results show that the application of continuous chaos signal to TT&C systems is feasible and advantageous.
