Abstract :
High cost testing is required to evaluate whether a specific material can be directly marked using a particular method without any destructive consequences. This cost justifies a centralization of all test data to limit the number of tests that must be performed. UAH has created a database to share this data freely between all parties who perform testing so that fewer tests will be required.
