Abstract :
Two acetophenone-imidazolium photoinitiator with acetophenone derivatives as raw material were synthesized. They are as follows: 1-(p-hydroxy-acetophenoe)-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluorborate, 1-(p-hydroxy-acetophenoe)- 3-methyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate. Their structures were characterized by FT-IR and H1NMR. Their initiating activities were tested. The results showed that these products have good compatibility with polyurethance acrylate and initiating activities. It was proved that the hardness of the films in this curing system was about 3H after irradiation of UV.
