Abstract :
Problems related to public policy, organizational strategy, and organizational change in infrastructure management can be seen as complex multi-actor problems. Actor analysis methods are therefore receiving more and more attention. However, no general definition and categorization exists to date. In this paper we present a categorization of actor analysis methods.
