Abstract
In this paper, a circular array antennas lying on x-y plane is assumed. The array is assumed to have the maximum radiation along positive z-axis. Design goal in this paper is to find the optimum angular locations of the elements so as to get the radiation with the lowest possible maximum sidelobe (SLL) with least first null beamwidth (BWFN) increment. Optimum locations of elements are found using Real coded Genetic Algorithm (RGA).
